its not an excuse. chowon is controlled by these disorders, he is not terrible at all. no matter what you say, a person binded by disorders and mental illness can never be their true selves unless cured

I have friends with mental problems who are suicidal. I have family with mental problems who are going through reall hard times right now. None of them, and I mean NONE of them, have kidnapped, raped or hurt others. Those are not free cards to injure others.
