Yeah. And its living hell. It happens when someone really wanna be pregnant, but in reality they are not. Mostly happens to women who can not become pregnant for a long time. Some even result in fake birth pains. Like their body is thinking they have a baby that must be born, but there is no baby just the belly gets big. Its acually scary to think about.
So she did not want to lie like in some previous spoilers was said, but she really believed she was pregnant. And her phantom pregnancy is coused by the pressusre of bearing the first hier. And now she probably will lose to the other cuconbines since curing phantom pregnancy takes time. #－.－)
