    Epidemic melancholy, to me it means sadness everywhere because look at them bunch of heartbroken confused (dumbasses)teenagers. Melancholy means sadness and epidemic means wide spread so I believe that's that. But I could be 100% wrong and don't mind me hahah. But anyway that's my opinion.
