Agreed. For me, the story would have come full circle if he had been with his wife or single, with having lost a wife he had begun to love. But recycling and handing him a new female because his wife cheated :/ the story content went down the drain from there for me. And it had begun to show so much potential by the end too. Like the soufflé that never rose, this manga also entered the halls of all those trashy mangas that couldn’t rise because the authors were lacking or too much of a coward to avoid the patriarchal conformity bah!
