Rape aside.. the older brother was in despair and in the scene when the younger brother found the letter of resignation, there was "the pause" .. it made me sad that he was considering suicide. I think it was beautiful that the younger brother unpacked the older brother's bedroom and made it nice. Also the reassuring words "I love you" and the sweet gestures I feel really saved him .
