Well it doesn't have an official english translation so maybe if it did, it wouldn't have a cringy title as some manhwa authors change their english titles completely.

The funny thing is... you’re right! I was looking at the Korean title and it translates to “We’re not dating” or something like that

I don't know if this is just me but I feel like this would be a top manhwa if not for the cringy title? It has a good storyline but the title makes it sound like a clickbait smut.
