When the mc showed up, the new boyfriend was already there (visiting his "own" beloved), and he also saw with his own eyes that his beloved's missing ex (the mc) had suddenly come, so it would've been super rude and offensive for the mc's old ex to tell his new boyfriend to just go and leave him and his ex (the mc) alone, getting rid of him like he was garbage! I mean, I am also annoyed at the new boyfriend but no one deserves to be treated like that.

I mean yeah I know that the ex wait for him and was in pain but when his boyfriend woke up he meet him with his new boyfriend infornt of someone who just wake up from coma after five years and still have problem with his brain I didnt like it when the ex just show off his new one infront of him it painfull the uke just didnt except that if he want to break up at least do it in a way that would be less painfull it stress me out when isaw this sence just break up with him dont hurt him with such a pity eyes if he truly loved him once he should concern how to break up with him not to act all surprised and put all pressure on the uke
