Okay imma just copy + paste this for ppl who are confused,
In the beginning it is revealed that Yuri is pretending to be a beta(but is actually an alpha) so he can stay with Victor who is also an alpha bc a x a relationships are frowned upon in society.

The 'twist' was that Victor is actually an Omega all along and knew Yuri was an Alpha while Yuri was not aware of the fact that Victor was an omega.

Now I myself did not exactly understand the last panels words so don't ask me, but that was the main plot. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
