He DIDN'T have a fucking miscarriage, he ALMOST had one because his pheromones were all messed up. Also jaemoon wasn't actually joking, he only said that because he thought jiyeon didn't like the idea of having a third kid due to his reaction when he mentioned it. Jaemoon probably only mentioned having a third kid because he feels guilty that he wasn't there to support jiyeon at the end of his pregnancy and feels sad that he wasn't there for the twins when they were born. So he wants to show jiyeon that he actually cares with a third kid. (I thought this was really obvious but I guess not after seeing all these comments
