The thing is Navier didn't even complained when her husband brought a slave home and make her concubine, she is been taught it's inevitable that the Emperor would have a concubine so she shouldn't waste her energy being angry clingy wife, even though she is hurt she tried to understand, she didn't haunted or ostracized Rasta, but Soviet asking too much by demanding Navier to take care of his concubine and treat her like sister. He is so random, at one point he always rambling on 'don't you pity her, Rasta is pitiful blah blah blah', but other times he want Navier to get jealous.

He is not stupid, he knew Rasta wickedness like what happened to Duchess Tania, but he excuse it as 'Rasta survival instinct', he even knew about Rasta past, He is just 'entitled', he grew up without siblings, so he has no rivals to the throne, even if he did something wrong no one would reprimand him, the world revolved around him, so he never consider other people feelings, he has no guilty conscience that's why he is so confidence that Navier would come back to him even after she married Heinly. Soviet was raised as an absolute Emperor, he expect everyone including his wife to nod at his beck and calls, he said to Navier 'I'm sick always having argument with you, can't you just be obedient'. and Navier, no matter how powerful her family is, she is still a woman in patriarchal society, it was her mother who taught her to accept and not to waste her energy if soviet later would brought in a concubine. I know right, I read till chapter 200 and haven't found any redeeming quality yet, and the flashback of their younger day before Rasta came into the picture if anything it makes me hate him even more, they have a really good relationship build with trust and respect but he took everything for granted, how easily he throw away a trustworthy friend who are grew up with him like Navier and her brother just to achieve his 'goal' without regard of their feelings. I would despised him even less if he actually hates Navier or crazy in love with Rasta but the fact that he loves Navier and treat her like shit make him a scumbag.
