i think in some earlier chapter (chapter 3 or 4) a flashback came up where someone mentioned the seme (black haired guy) having sex with his brother (that blonde dude), and smth with incest carved on his seat (incestual homo(?) dont remember). don't know if that's the rumour they mean though
