A couple of years ago Asou-sensei had an accident and affected her hands. So she stopped the manga series and only continued drawing doujinshi... (because DJ don't have deadlines). She is still recovering. There is also another reason why Horo Horo to is dropped, that's because the magazine has been discontinued by the publisher, and they create a new magazine in its place. The licensing might only be for the old magazine (Cita Cita) and hasn't been renewed for the new magazine (HanaOto)... Let's just hope HanaOto will pick this one up and sensei has the strength and will to continue. ^^
