Why it made it sound that Chowon made his apology in a half baked manner, when in fact, based on his personality he will never apologize on something he didn’t want to. So I think, that sigh was to make us feel that Chowon is a human too. That he’s been hurt, made stupid mistakes and faced those mistakes then ask forgiveness.
Guys look I totally see how that possible, but I read it my way with a bias to Chowon. It totally could've been a sigh but I'm interpreting it as not one and that's just how I read it.

Listen, child. Sometimes its hard to apologize to people even as a normal person. Imagine how much strength Chowon had to muster. He had sky high pride (it wont go away overnight) and the guy is still suffering mentally as of the meeting, not to mention he finally realized the impact of what he did to Heesoo. He had no face to show to him anymore but he still did because he wanted to make things right.
Wouldn't you let out a breath of relief if youre just someone who took a big leap and you finally did what you had to do? Interpreting is good, hun but if you take the meaning too far from the obvious, thats just dumb.
Sometimes,its also good to analyze what's happening in the pages and not just look at what's in there physically. Read the room. Sorry not sorry for being harsh cause you were being harsh first.
