I think the way heesoo acts toward chowon is reasonable.
Heesoo is not pure, innocent angel-like character in the first place.
For chowon, he did countless mistake due to his illness.

so that she dont make heesoo wholeheartedly
forgive chowon and dont make chowon let go of his guilty too easily.

For those who say they hate heesoo..im sorry but what do you expect heesoo to do?
Forgive chowon then become best friend?
