Based off the most recent chapter, I'm assuming her hair grows back/her body returns to the point it was before she transformed into a guy. Then, when she becomes a guy again, she has to recut it.
So basically she cuts her hair everyday?
Yeah, I assume so. It'd make sense, since her female body should be the original. Based on how the male body seems to have muscles to begin with, I'm guessing it reverts to a similar structure each time, despite the female body being capable of developing. I also think this is why the female body goes back to how it once was, since it has to revert back to its last, most developed, state. Ah, but I could be wrong.
