I dont understand why he (the father) hates her in the firsf timeline.....

He doesn't hate her, he is indifferent, he believed he shouldn't show affection so he didn't care whatever his child did as long as they don't tarnish the family name. And he is 'neutral', he doesn't choose side that' also the the case with his two wife, even if one get wronged.
