There were some scenes in the previous life that the grand duke dreamt of and it looked like they were suffering a lot.
It would be satisfying to show the grand duke's regret of killing his own child in the manhwa. Let him suffer for a bit at least lmao

I’m a kind and soft person but HE SHOULD deal with the pain. Until she’s ready to forgive, he should suffer.
I mean, the panel where MC throws herself down the stairs just to get his attention and the one where he slaps her (in the future) and believes the girl that just appeared out of nowhere instead of the one who's been by his side her whole life... Screw you, dude. Also, she didn't go that far back in time, so it's not like he is an ENTIRELY different person who spent years with a different Keira/Kiara. She is the same child she was in the original timeline, so he never bothered to know or care about her before, so I honestly don't think he's too far off from the guy who just let her be humiliated and executed in the future.
Also, even if the people wanted her blood for being a "fake", he's literally the goddamn Grand Duke, second only to the Emperor, so he could've faked her death and exiled her. He HAD a choice and still he chose wrong. I hope chaos reigned after her death and that's what led mister magician to turn back time. I hope the Grand Duke learned that Cosette was a fake, a demon, or whatever the hell she is, and realised his mistake. In summary, I hope there was PAIN and SUFFERING.
