Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Personally I want the father in this story to reflect on what he did and atone for it. The fl can either forgive him or not, thats her choice. Also for the comment I replied to she wasn't the one who turned back time it was someone else. I've read somewhere that the father is the one who turned back time but I'm not entirely sure
No, they different, Claude use black magic to erase Diana memories, and she met Athy in the novel when she was 9, the magic already completed, and he forgot about Diana, and the side effect of that magic every time he saw Athy, the lock of his memories begin to rattle, the black magic remind him not to dig any further, he got a severe headache and an urge to kill Athy, and he knows Jeanette is not his real daughter cause she looks so much like his ex fiance that sleep with his brother but the reason Claude let Jeanette by his side cause Jeanette magic nature that negate his curse, it calm his nerves but he is still dying.

But can she just forgive her father. He’s just a little hard headed, but it seems like he actually cares about her.
