A reminder that’s she’s just a fictional character, the author obviously made her very ambitious to counteract how Minseok is guarded and uptight
Ofc in real life she would definitely come across as annoying, but again she’s just a very exaggerated character and someone you would see mostly in fiction, kinda like how male leads in kdramas and shoujo manga are always cold and arrogant and would be someone you wouldn’t like irl but fawn over in fiction
