I feel like it was the beginning where she was strong and she still is too. I mean she escaped her path and didn't look back. She was scared but put it aside in hope for a better future. Also Hue is kind to her and it's new to her considering her father/family abandoned her in a corner and her past memories of her last husband. So it's not bad for her to be dependent on him for it's a first for her to feel loved and to be able to do what she wants..

She is strong. Obviously she’ll depend on her husband. He is the duke and as of now the king of the north where she has no one. Obviously as a duchess that are many things she cannot do without permission in a land foreign to her. Plus her being strong means not backing down on her beliefs and never compromising what she wants. There are more than one type of strength. It mustn’t be physical
