Hmm, honestly yes. I think it was enough. The Chef just straight up cancelled them; there's no point to going back on that and crying over spilled milk. It would be interesting if the author expanded more on that since they basically teased us with information like that. In addition to that, I'm pretty sure the half-brother had some type of f-up infatuation with the Chef since Tipin mentioned how the half-brother irritated him and reminded him of someone (aka the Magician back when he was a normal human being). Honestly, a whole sequel could be made expanding on the Chef's life and his boo afterwards and the haters. But, it is what it is.
