It was more than that. The Spanish raws had a note that had a joke and chapter 3 had something about cancer. Two unrelated things one was a joke and the other was just naming off things. If they read the whole narrative they would understand he was just naming off things.

I was talking about same situation weeks before the one you were talking about then. I don’t think I was around to read comments when the English translation came out but the ones that did the translation left out the word cold. The Spanish raws had the word cold was said. Gah it has been weeks! I think the nurse said he had to take care of his cold. I don’t know why the English did not say cold.
When the Spanish raws came out they are a joke. (They have been 3-4 chapters ahead of us)

I'm still a little confused becuase I clicked the link u put then i clicked the huanwen spoiler one but Idk it that was the right one cuz that one was talking about a spin-off and I don't think it was related to the cancer one but I think I clicked the wrong one cuz there were a lot and I tried to check again but it's reloaded and more topics of that popped ip(but u did get it right im a native Spanish speaker and it was correct what u said)
