I was really wondering that, like the hell they're gonna execute her already for an accusation of one witness. While only having one evidence which is a piece of paper that can be written by who knows who. Then they're telling the king is unfair if he's not going to orde her execution. Aren't they the unfair ones if they're only going hear the side of that bitch? Like what kind of thinking is that.
I'm glad it got solved this quickly but I don't understand how it even got this far.
They literally had no proof apart from that bitch saying it was Rae. Like... Rae could have just said that Beatrice killed her and she saw it, too. If people can be called guilty this easy in that world then holy shit their prisons must be overflowing with innocent people
