Not likely, the seme has been acting out since day one. Are we really expecting that he isn't about to rape him right now? Because he has a history of already doing so.
It makes no sense that NK doesn't want to tell the whole story to SH, knowing that SH's misunderstanding already led him to being locked up in the barn. Even if NK doesn't want to rat out the lord's ass, he can still say "i was abducted by an unknown man." NK's not telling the truth is just a device for even more drama.
That being said, SH might change his mind next chapter. So y'all need to chill. It seems like we're heading downhill this chapter but Byeon may throw a curveball at us.
