EXACTLY!!! That's also how I imagined them, especially Zegion, who should have looked like a horror inducing insect, and yet, b4 the evolution, they just so cute! i hope they'll have an abiloty to look like that even after their evolutions. xD
I imagined zegion with that chimera ant in hunterxhunter in mind so i didn't expect him to be such a adowable beetle too!!!

In the LN i had imagine apito to be a badass spider queen, then i see her in the manga to be one cutie pie bee. My eyes were opened. CUTE IS JUSTICE!!!!
