It's Seungho. Seungho is speaking his thoughts from back then out loud. Either he speaks to himself as a third person or he actually repeats again what once was said to him when he got probably abused in the past.
I dont remember but I'm 80% sure it was when the glasses guy (forgot his name cuz hes irrelevent) left and nakyum felt abandoned and then kinda almost gave up when he had se× with seugho and said that to him
