It’s perfectly understandable for Yoon to be untrusting in this situation. remember nakyum has run away before, so if he just sits there crying saying i’m sorry while Yoon asks for any explanation on how he was gone and his stuff were in the woods, of course he’s going to think he ran again, that would be the only logical explanation for the information he was given. Nakyum needs to tell him he was taken, he can even say he was blindfolded the whole time so he doesn’t have to sell out Jiwah. Yeah this isn’t Nakyum’s fault but it’s not Yoon’s fault either.

This literally makes no sense. NK’s past trauma and abuse does not suddenly make him believable when he says i didn’t run away with no explanation, in fact, the fact that he has abused him in the past makes... nelle

Plus my problem is that he didn't give NK more time. He mostly had already made his mind before NK said anything.

You didn't understand me in the slightest. I said that's it's not on Nakyum PARTLY. It's literally victim blaming. He is the victim here, he was abducted and threatened with death. He shouldn't have to explain ... Terry

If he’s not explaining how his stuff got in the woods then he has no right to be automatically believed point blank. You can tell me all you want how the sky is purple, if i look up and the sky is blue it’s hard evidence. The doctor, Kim, even NK himself can say he didn’t run away and that STILL does not explain how his stuff got in the woods. I’m not excusing Yoon for being violent nor did i EVER say he should. I said that NK being a victim does not change the fact that at this point he’s not explaining how his stuff got in the woods, which means Yoon has every right to believe he ran away- period. Nothing more nothing less. Not once did i ever excuse nor touch upon Yoons behavior, i only talked about the fact that his assumption of him running away is justified.

No he didnt lmaooo??? He literally didn’t even yell or get angry at him at that point, he asked him “Can you please explain how your things got in the woods if you didn’t run away” and NK just cried and said i’m sorry? Yeah he’s emotional because he just got kidnapped but that looks like he’s apologizing for running away.

And YES, Yoon not believing he didn’t run away is partly on Nakyum for not explaining how he didn’t run away yet his stuff were found thrown off in the woods. I never said it’s his fault for getting kidnapped, never said it’s his fault for Yoon attacking him, it’s PARTLY his fault for Yoon not BELIEVING him since he failed to explain hard evidence of him running away, not just people saying he might not have.

I said he mostly did. He was thinking that NK ran away before NK opened his mouth.
No, he has just shut him in some shed and forbidden any human contact.

He was thinking NK ran away before he talked because he had EVIDENCE of it LMFAO? his stuff is in the woods what are you not getting about that. All inputs from other people fly out the window because of that

I already said that I, myself am mostly against the violence and that he could have thought more about the whole matter and give NK more time, when he has seen how shaken up the poor guy is, before turning to the violence. No mores no less.
And still he couldn't explain the bruises around the mouth. Or that NK acts completely differently than the first time.

For me the whole abduction arc is rather poorly written. The fact that NK doesn't have one trace after being strangled to the point of passing out is ridiculous.
The footsteps left in the snow would have been also different.

It does have some loopholes in both an explanation that points to him running away and one that points to him not running away because of some of the details but i just thought it wasn’t fair everyone was mad at Yoon specifically for not believing NK. Either i don’t think NK is going to tell because he’s scared of them finding out he told so i’m hoping for Yoon to put it together himself

    With this I agree.
