nice thought, but I really don't think Joowon respects Taku enough to not kiss Haesoo lol
if anything I would think maybe Haesoo stopped him and was like "I gotta go break up with this mf first hold on"

and WHAT IF when johae were about kissing joowon remembered that haesoo and taku are together then stopped and told haesoo they can't be doing this yet as long as haesoo is still with taku ( noble joowon xD ) , So joowon wanted haesoo to end up things properly with taku first then they can kiss happily hehe
