The cross dressing one is the real host. Because of the fear and inferiority of being the 'odd one', his trauma caused him to create another personality which is the 'wimpy but normal' personality to cope up with the trauma. The balance between the two is unstable from the start because they both hate each other and Dao Bao triggered the balance and disrupted it.
