Not really... I think he is doing it more so to show that he is willing to go through the same pain as the uke just to understand what he went through.
But in the back of his mind he should know that the uke might not want him to hurt himself or even kill himself because theres no point to it. They would just be reborn again. If he wants to show the uke that he cares, thats not the way to do it. I still stand by saying that hes the type to do even hurt himself for his "lover"
His pain will never compare to the mental pain and the addiction the uke went through.
The best thing would be for him to let him go but he doesnt want to do that because hes too much of little shit brat.
