I would recommend u to not read it. Its bad. He doesnt listen to uke and misunderstands him and believe whatever he listens and sees. The uke gave him something very precious to uke that is equal to an etarnal love confession but seme didn’t understand and threw that thing twice. Seme maybe slept around with someone else and talked about it so that the uke listens. Uke tries to escape but his mom gets kidnapped and killed. And spoilers from novel were that the seme will marry someone else afor power and uke will suffer and then later he will marry uke and make him empress.
