i read it and doyun tells taehan about the knotting which taehan had no idea he did so he immediately begins to get suspicious while doyun is still clueless and taehan brings him to the hospital. doyun who is wondering why they have to go to the hospital all of a sudden after he mentioned knotting begins to search it up on the way there. the results show pregnancy may come as a result and he begins to tell taehan that there is no way hed get pregnant after that happening once but taehan doesnt seem too fond of the way hes taking it so lightly. after the appt we see the doctor talking on the phone with doyuns brother telling him that doyun is not pregnant but he definitely should be by now so maybe he was even more different of an omega than they thought. taehan seems really bummed out with the results so doyun is trying to cheer him up and he jokingly asks if they should get married. this is where i get confused, taehan either agreed to the marriage or goes deep in thought about them getting married.
