The common conception of Omegaverse is if you’re born omega and whatever your first gender is, you can give birth. While, for alpha and betas, only the female gender can get pregnant while the female alphas have an advantage of being able to impregnate someone. But there are slight variations where alphas can also reproduce and give offspring but it is not common, same goes with betas. However, duly noted that a chance of pregnancy is higher in omegas are higher than any other genders, so it is not impossible, it’s just more difficult to impregnate other genders. I hope this helps!

I actually haven’t yet, I’m sorry. I think that straight romance authors haven’t fully enveloped the idea of Omegaverse since it’s somewhat respectfully only open to BL genre only. I’m only talking based on what I have read, there might be something to your curiosity out there. But I have read this one Manga where a female alpha dominated a male omega. He didn’t end up pregnant because it was only a hookup. I don’t remember the name yet, but I’ll tell you when I found it again. Other than this Manga, idk about other female alphas being the one to enter other female or male alphas. I hope you find it!
