Any good shounen stories with nice art, no romance, and mainly action? Gore would be splendid as a bonus inside. Also please no "damsel in distress" characters either, I dislike those.

I actually haven't. I've just heard the title here and there back then but never picked it up. Thanks for the suggestion and I'll try it out.
