Nah man, it's not that he still likes Mr.Han. It's just he admires him, that's how his crush on him developed in the first place. Personally I think he really does feel for Hwi, and it's a different feeling than what he feels for Mr.Han.
Bro i don't understand how you guys don't get what Param is going through:( he liked another dude for so long, it's hard to just give that perfect idea of him up as soon as another man comes along. I personally relate because I liked this one dude for so long I created this image of him in my head and no one else met that expectation. He can't help feeling impressed over things that made him fall for Mr.Han in the first place. (︶︿︶)
