After the friend leaves Suha starts to take care of Jiwoon but then jiwoon says he wants to have sex with him and because Jiwoon is still affected by the drugs Jiwoon is very agressive with Suha during sex and is not at all concern how Suha is feeling. So the chapter ends in them having sex and Suha is very terrified/hurt because he’s not used to see Jiwon so out of it.
My korean isn’t very strong and maybe someone else can also go more into details but this is what basically happend the entire chapter and it ends in a cliffhanger.
