Well if you want ppl to change their behaviour for the better, you need to discuss it with them rather than put them in handcuffs (which would only reinforce the wrong behavior bc they'd be mad about getting arrested).

Ur being serious about the legality of it and while I'm more concerned about the ethics and morale part about it and I guess thats the difference. And I totally agree sick people need help. But also At LEAST berating if they have sick intentions and I know about it not infantilization and babying.
