Can you please tell me who is speaking near the last pages of the chapter is it Romiard or Larmanilla? Thank you.

Pretty sure it's Larmanilla because Romiard speaks how happy he is and that with him. Also the tone of the words make most sense coming from Larmanilla. Hope I was able to answer your question owo!

The one who says I'm happy is romiard, at the last line 'that's a given' is said by larmanilla. The other comment already answered, but I hope it was helpful
