Also I think she knows Raymond is at peace when he's with Ian and I think she wants happiness for them both.
I love her and how much she cares for those in her charge. She has a soft spot for our innocent Ian.
Is it just me or does it seem that the old woman cares for Ian. Like she was fixen to say something like. "What about Ian" or "What going to happen with Ian" or "Are you going to abandon Ian" even though he truly loves you.
