That's what I thought too, but he knew from the start that Rood is Blow. I've been wondering, was Lispen the reason why the previous King died ? For all I know Dio kept warning Rood aka Blow to stay away from Lispen. Does he plan on using Lidusis to kill the current King ?
Does this mean that Lispen isn't a bad guy?
He's doing all of this for Rood's sake...like how Dio was as well? But their manner is different?
