yeah, maybe at first he will target Hwi and keep harassing him like he already did but when he’ll realize hwi cares about param he’ll probably target param to make hwi suffer even more, the fact they already randomly meet I think it’s a sort of foreshadowing

so the chapter starts with han fucker thinking about param and his relationship with hwi I think? then the blond dude from hwi last gym job (the one we see in hwi flashback about him being harassed during his last work) meets with Hwi and tbh hwi looks pissed the whole time. Remark is that before the blonde meets hwi he bump into param still kneeled on the ground, sure author didn’t insert this detail casually.
So hwi and param still didn’t meet, and there are many dialogues I need to google translate rip
