Yeah, she ends up with lucio and there's love between them. Lucio does a lot of effort before triz gives him a chance like learning to make sweets for Triz (she can't refuse sweets ya see xD)

I do believe that he ain't doing it intentionally. At that time, the only person who he can rely on was Rose. Both of them were being sympathetic to each other's past. But he confused this sympathy with love. For him, Rose was the first person who made him feel "loved" that's why he can't let go of her. Additionally, because of this, he is also being manipulated by Rose.
He's still trash to me, but I can't blame him. His environment made him that way. Guess all of this shit that our queen is going through is because of Rose wHO WANTED TO BE A QUEEN THROUGH ANOTHER METHOD.
