Do you know why there are two versions?
Yes. The Series was first published in a Magazine. The Author edited the Manga Storyline for the Final Bookrelease. (Tankoubon). That's why it's different.

I just uploaded the Final chapter, took me some time to TL and edit but at least finally a happy ending. Hope Mangago is quick with updating. <3
