The only female isekai character so far I know of who doesn't have to deal or accept the cliche bullshit is Melissa + Yona from "Beware of the Villainess".
Correct me, if I am wrong but Melissa and Cale are probably the only MC characters in their genre who realy like to keep a low profile and doesn't give a damn about popularity, reputation, societal norms or the opinions of others.
Many transmigrators or isekai heroes say that they don't care what others think of them and do whatever they want. But at the end they still care about their image, fantasy rules for whatever plot reasons...
