What’s the point of making swimming seem like it’s this big traumatic thing for him if you’re then gonna have him be incredibly nonchalant about being tricked into going to a pool? I don’t understand…

    Exactly, he literally has nightmares about it but when he gets tricked into going there he's like whatever?????

    As a swimmer who almost drowned i must say this happened to me once. I hesitate to say yes when my friend suggested to start swimming again after years of quitting and i actually got into it and had fun

    Yup its happen to me but not with swimming. I used to love cat and always patting them without worry then i was bitten until my hand bleed. And for some time i couldn't touch cat cause i would fear the same thing happen until then my friend pickup a cat for me then i can play wit it again normally. Never underestimate a person fear

    I don't thing water 9r swimming is the trauma it's being held down and under water can feel like u are being held dow I think
