That's what I thought too. Considering the situation, I thought he was referring to the MC's "indecisiveness" when it's really just because the MC is scared lmao. But you know, yaoi logic. Because a yakuza boss would personally jerk off a man he's holding hostage for a random reason.
And let's not forget Kubota, the guy that the boss had asked to come to tend to the baby while they were "busy" in the bathroom, forfeited the one job he had and ran away in a panic! (≧∀≦)

I think Daiki meant that as in "stop having doubts as in, you have a boner, run to the bathroom and quickly solve it... don't keep hesitating to do something, when the kid could wake up any minute and see it."
