I think it starts on Vol.1 cuz I also checked and Vol. 0 is probably just short stories that don’t stick to the beginning storyline I think

I recently finished watching junjou romantica and wanted to try the manga. I found it and started reading it however I am really confused about the format like I remember it started with the main character interducing himself and found the dude usagi all over his brother but the manga was sk different I was super confused so could some please explain to me the manga format and why is it different?
