yup, it was a flashback but I don't know if it was in the past or the future, I think the part when he says that " he regretted" something in the flashback I am guessing that he regrets not stanning juno earlier (future) because he was with him during that time(in the car crash) and he already went to the past to fulfill his stanning needs plus juno is in the cover.(づ￣ ³￣)づ
It really do happen sometimes irl. But really, was this all a flashback? From the first chapter, there's an accident. This might have a drama afterwards. Anyway, more updates to come ayeee
