42 and 62 to me doesn’t sound that bad to me since people in their forties seems way past the mature age but 32 and 52 tho...a little weird but then who am I to judge honestly. I don’t understand people who are unable to understand the father tho. Like he’s only 4 years older than his daughter’s husband. Like that’s concerning and especially him, someone who doesn’t have a partner to rely on for things like this. If this did not have that wholesome relationship, I would’ve dipped a long time ago. I honestly like them tho despite my displeasure about their 20 year age gap. I just turned twenty and the thought that my significant other might still not be born yet weirds me out lol
Despite the fact that I’m asian and I’ve seen big age gaps I personally still don’t like them so irl I would think a couple with an age gap over 10 years is .. mm not so great (?) bc all I can think about is “damn s/he could be your parent” or “damn you were a college freshman but they were born” (to be fair if the couple is happy my opinion doesn’t matter and i wouldn’t really give a shit but my thoughts would still linger in my mind)so when I saw their age up of TWENTY FUCKKNG YEARS i wasn’t sure if I was gonna read this but like the whore that I amI was convinced by Nagato’s looks and I started reading it and honestly they’re cute and their dynamic is amazing but bc of my personal feelings about age gaps I understand where her dad is coming from especially if Nagato is only 4 years younger than him. But for their sake I hope he sees that Nagato is serious about the relationship.
