Yes!!!!! I totally get what you’re saying. Like he literally forced her to get married and he knows she doesn’t wanna!!! I mean it was so obvious because she kept trying to break the engagement.... like how could he not know? I think she maybe went a little far w/ the accident but holy shit I don’t think he is the biggest victim here
Yess samee the injury thing prob wasnt the best call since she knew of his trauma but at the same time at that point she would rather choose death than to marry him?? And some say the event wasn’t as traumatizing but if it weren’t she prob wouldn’t have made such a decision in the first place. Gahhh I was so invested in this esp since the updates stopped right after he profess his feelings and acceptance of her and now this happens TT
And i don't even understand why so many people hate the FL more than the ML! She read from a novel that he was an obsessed and toxic asshole, which he kept proving when he took advantage of her while she was drunk, and then forced her to marry him! Hell, even I would do any means just to get away from a marriage i don't want and a possible asshole of a husband
Hmm tbh i don’t rlly agree with this since the manhwa had a generally light hearted tone and never rlly showed her disliking his obsession esp since she did say she wanted someone to like her to an “extreme” extent in her past life. What I don’t gets is how some people have 0 sympathy for the FL esp considering how she was finally able to let the ML in and accept her life in the novel and then suddenly finds the ML basically ditching her.
I feel both of y'all!! idk I feel like a lot of people are forgetting that the FL pushed the ML away bc she didn't want to ruin the love that she thought would blossom btwn the ML and her friend and was scared. I mean if I was thrown into a world where I knew 2 people were meant to be I would be kinda nervous about breaking them up LOL
But she already knows that he is obssessive from the novel she read. Remember, on the original novel she read, the ML got jealous and idk what exactly happened but it said the FL of that novel got his wrath so something happened to that FL. So if she knew that, she wouldn't want to marry him since she already knows what will happen in the future. Although, her main reason was her trauma which is also understandable. Some people in real life even commit suicide from bullying. So of course she'd receive trauma from getting bullied and the guilt she felt. But some people here don't even know how bad a trauma is, no matter how petty they think the reason is. It is not something that should be compared to other's trauma and i saw how a lot of people compared their traumas to her and belittled her.
Damn am I the only one genuinely frustrated at the ML’s reaction? Like ik the FL prob went a bit far with the whole injury thing but at the same time the ML ain’t a prize??? 1. He basically had sex with her while she was drunk and 2. He then forces her into marrying him to “take responsibility” and drove her to the point where she can’t even say no?? And from the ML’s perspective wouldn’t her jumping from the balcony seem like her committing suicide because she really didn’t want the marriage to happen and he still doesn’t let her go after that?? He even went on a whole spiel about him being the villain if she were a villainess and I was like ok this man is dedicated and I just overlooked his past mistakes but now he finds out that she faked her injury and COMPLETELY DISREGARDS HER FEELINGS AND HER JUSTIFICATION even tho she’s finally willing to let him in UGH ik this shit is for the plot but I legit cried a lil when I realised he was genuinely angry and not jokingly angry ╥﹏╥
